Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on dbestlinefarms.com you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English on purpose — please read them.

1. About Dbestline Farms

Dbestline Farms (operated by Images D'bestline agro allied ltd., RC: pending) is a poultry products business located at Road B, Plot 2, Beside Teachers House, Oluyole Estate, Ring Road, Ibadan, Nigeria. We sell chicken, eggs and related products directly to consumers through our website https://dbestlinefarms.com.

2. Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and submitting your name, phone number and delivery address creates an order request. We accept the order only after a member of our team confirms it in the dashboard. We may decline any order, in whole or in part, when stock has run out, the delivery address is outside our serviced area, or we cannot reach you by phone to confirm.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged at a flat ₦500 within Ibadan. You may pay either by Cash on Delivery (COD) or online via Flutterwave (card, bank transfer or USSD). Online payments are processed by Flutterwave; we do not store your card details. If a Flutterwave transaction fails or is left "pending", you can retry from the Track Order page without losing your basket.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 45 minutes of order confirmation inside Ibadan, but actual times depend on traffic, weather and order volume. Our driver will be assigned to your order and you can see their live location on the Track Order page. The driver will call you on the phone number you supplied; please be reachable. If we cannot reach you on two attempts, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.

5. Product quality, returns and refunds

Our products are perishable. We hand-check every package before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, incorrect or spoiled item, you must notify us via WhatsApp (+234 805 519 0201) or email (info@dbestlinefarms.com) within 2 hours of delivery, with a photograph and your order number. Eligible claims will be replaced on the next available run or refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days. We do not accept returns of poultry products that have been opened, cooked, or stored outside refrigeration for more than 1 hour after delivery.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before a driver has been assigned. Once "Driver assigned" status appears on your tracker, the order has entered preparation and cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Online (Flutterwave) payments for cancelled orders are refunded within 5 working days.

7. Your information

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and (when you check out online) email and approximate location only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment data is handled by Flutterwave under its own privacy policy. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time by emailing info@dbestlinefarms.com.

8. Photo proof of delivery

For all Cash on Delivery orders, our driver will take a photo of the package at handover. This protects both you and our driver in case of disputes. The photo is stored securely and is only viewed in case of a complaint or chargeback.

9. Use of the site

You agree not to attempt to access any admin or driver area, abuse the order form (e.g. by placing fake orders), or interfere with our systems. We reserve the right to ban any phone number or address from placing further orders if we suspect abuse.

10. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order, including delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. business losses, lost meals). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by friendly negotiation will be submitted to the courts of Ibadan, Oyo State.

12. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published at https://dbestlinefarms.com/terms on the date you place your order.
